Thinking about the home, the location, or how it all comes together? Here are a few more answers to help you move forward.

Can I order a new home without visiting a sales lot?

Yes. Start with a phone call or email, then explore plans and features with Joe. We review the site, project details, approvals, and funding before placing a factory order. BMH does not operate a display lot.

How do I choose the right floorplan?

Start with the way you want to live: bedrooms, room to gather, storage, and the features you would love to have. Joe helps narrow the choices around your wishes and the space available. The Find Your Home page links to factory catalogs and an optional budget tool to help you explore before we talk.

Can I get a new home and stay in the park I love?

That may be possible. Joe helps review your existing space and park requirements, then guides you through home selection, removal of the old home, and installation planning. We also discuss temporary housing and the transition back into your new home. Park and agency approvals are required.

Could a manufactured home or ADU work on my property?

Let’s start with your address and what you have in mind. Access, utilities, usable space, and local requirements all matter. Joe can help organize the questions and map the process before you commit to a home. Any paid feasibility or approval consulting begins with a separate agreed scope.

How long does it take to get a new home ready to live in?

The schedule depends on the factory, approvals, site preparation, delivery, installation, utilities, and inspections. Joe helps you understand the sequence and plan around the actual project. A factory delivery date is one milestone; move-in follows completion of the required work and approvals.

Do you also help park owners and property managers?

Yes. BMH helps with vacant homes and spaces, ownership transitions, resident upgrades, and voluntary exits that may avoid eviction time and expense. Joe works through the home-related legwork so management can focus on residents and the property. Call or email to discuss where BMH could help.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Your introductory conversation is free, with no obligation to buy. Bring your questions and whatever information you have. If paid consulting would be useful, we agree on the work, fee, and exclusions before it begins.
