Can you help if I need to sell or move a home?
Start with the address, park or land arrangement, a few photos, and whether the home must move. Joe can discuss listing, sale, relocation, or other appropriate options. A direct purchase by BMH is evaluated individually.
Do you provide financing?
BMH is a licensed retailer for 21st Mortgage loans. Loan applications, eligibility, rates, and approval are handled by the lender. BMH is not a mortgage lender or mortgage broker. Your land arrangement and project affect which financing paths may be relevant.
Does a home price include the whole project?
A factory home price alone is not the total installed cost. Your scope may also include transport, site work, installation, utilities, permits, taxes, removal, and temporary housing. Joe will help identify what is included and what needs separate pricing.
